I am absolutely convinced that including as much raw vegan food in our diets is the best thing we can do for our health and ourselves. This is not an easy undertaking. We do not want to give up our meats, and fish, and pasta. After all, what would we eat? Thankfully, it’s not so bad.

I believe that by taking a reasonable, rational, and realistic approach to raw vegan foods we can succeed in improving our health, increasing our energy, and live more lovingly on this planet. It can be done one step at a time.

Begin by having a green smoothie everyday. It is best to have them in the morning on an empty stomach (fruit should always be taken on an empty stomach). Watch my green smoothie video on YouTube to see how easy this is.

Next, have a really big green leafy salad before dinner. Make it big enough and it can be your dinner. The darker the leaves the better. Learn to make your raw salad dressings at home. You can see how I make them on youtube also. See salad dressings.

Once you have started having smoothies and large salads, your body will begin to want healthier foods. You will notice the change. Now is the time to learn some delicious raw food recipes. Again, go to YouTube and do a search for raw foods, you will be amazed at what you will find. All of my favorite recipes are on my blog along with videos demonstrating how to make them.
